2026 Rates and Fees

Effective January 1, 2026
Nightly $50 + electric.
Weekly $225 + electric.
Monthly $600 + electric ($50. refundable deposit required) Monthly Campers may live in their campers 24/7. Monthly campers are restricted to two (2) vehicles per site.
Seasonal $1,750 + electric. Seasonal Campers may stay weekends, vacations and holidays, but may not live in their unit. There is a 115 day per season limit. The seasonal fee includes water and sewer.

Winter We have a limited number of winterized sites available by the month or season. Call for rates.

No Hookups

Tenting, $40 per night. Your tent must be moved if you camp longer than 4 days. Weekly/monthly tent rates are not available.

 

Electric - Sites are individually metered and meters are read upon entry and departure.

Electric is billed at the current KWH rate. Effective April 15, 2024 the electric rate is $.15 cents per KWH. Monthly campers pay their electric bills with their monthly rent. All final bills are due at the time of departure.

 

Trimming - Monthly/Seasonal campers must trim around their campsite, including around the water, sewer & electric connections.

Services available for an additional fee (per use).

• Weed-wacking - $15 per site.

• Flushing, black water tank - $30

• Dumping - $20

• Moving RVs - $5.

• Winterize RVs - $100 + fluid

​

You must leave your campsite the way you found it.

Fees are payable upon check-in. NO REFUNDS

We accept cash, checks, and credit cards.​
